Darla has been in the real estate industry for 15+ years. She was a top sales associate and moved into management to train agents and help them grow their businesses. Darla served as Team Leader/Qualifying Broker at Keller Williams Platinum Partners from 2004 -2009. Realizing the changes in the real estate world,
she launched Clients First Property Management Specialists, LLC to meet the needs

Diane Galvin

Diane has been in the real estate business for almost 25 years. For years she sold, residential and commercial real estate. She was a top sales associate with an excellent team. Selling in Cobb, Cherokee, Fulton and Paulding while she worked at Coldwell Banker. At Prudential Realty, Diane began to train new agents. She opened a RE/MAX office and for 5 years worked on growing the office. With the real estate market changing Diane and Darla saw the need for a property management company. This is how C1PMS started and has been growing ever since. We help people lease homes they can't or don't want to sell. We are enjoying the property management business.
